PAYMENT - LIZZIELIN accepts payment through PayPal, which includes processing of regular credit cards without a PayPal account. PayPal simply makes the experience safer for you!
SHIPPING - Expedited and tracked shipping are available if needed - just let us know.
Shipping is with Canada Post. Packages will generally arrive within 3-7 days in Canada and within 7-12 days in the U.S. If Expedited shipping is requested, we'll discuss any additional costs before proceeding.
The shipper is responsible for the timely and undamaged delivery of your package once it leaves my hands. I'll help in any way I can if problems occur.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - You are important to me. If unsatisfied with a purchase, please notify me within 5 days of your receiving it and we will discuss return options. I will do anything reasonable to ensure you are happy.
ADDITIONAL - I guarantee to repair or replace any defective piece. Please contact me and we will discuss together how to proceed.
REPAIRS - Accidents happen! If your prized jewelry piece is damaged while in your care, I offer repairs for a nominal charge. Please contact me by email with details, and a repair estimate will be returned to you (I may ask you to provide photos to aid in my estimate). If you agree, a repair order number will be provided for you to reference when you return your product. I cannot be responsible for items lost during shipment so please be aware of the shipper's responsibilities and liabilities and protect yourself accordingly.
My maximum liability is limited to the return of the purchase price of a product, plus taxes (if charged). LizzieLin Designs is not responsible for the return of shipping charges, nor for abuse or misuse of the product.
